Refund policy

Every Plush Gush doll is custom-made from your photo, so we can't accept returns or refunds if you change your mind or the doll looks different than you imagined. Here is what we do cover:

Cancellations. Email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll cancel it for a full refund. After that, production has started and we can't cancel.

Photo problems. If your photo is too blurry or the face is covered, we'll email you before production so you can send a better one. 

Damaged, defective, or wrong item. Email us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the problem. We'll send a replacement or a full refund. You don't need to ship the item back.

Lost orders. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of ordering, contact us and we'll replace it or refund you.

How refunds work. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5-10 business days to show it.
