Terms of service
By using plushgush.store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About us. Plush Gush ("we", "us") sells custom plush dolls and related products to customers in the United States. Contact: contact.plushgush@proton.me
2. Your photos. To order, you upload a photo. You confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, including permission from the people in it. You keep ownership of your photo. You give us permission to use it only to make your order. We may refuse or cancel orders with photos that are unlawful, explicit, hateful, or infringe someone else's rights. Please don't upload celebrity images, copyrighted characters, or logos. If we cancel an order for this reason, we'll refund you.
3. Custom products. Each doll is made to order. The finished product may vary slightly from the website photos. Size can differ by up to about 1 inch, and colors can differ from your screen. How closely the doll looks like your photo depends on the quality of the photo you send.
4. Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but never for an order you've already placed.
5. Orders. We may decline or cancel any order, for example because of suspected fraud or an unusable photo, and we'll refund you if we do.
6. Shipping and refunds. See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.
7. Product use and care. Our products are gifts and decorative items for adults and are not designed or tested as children's toys. Keep them away from young children. Follow the care instructions on the product page.
8. Our content. The text, images, and design on this site belong to us or our licensors. Please don't copy them without permission.
9. Limits on our liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits any rights you have by law.
10. Changes. We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to your order.
